A dynamic and innovative leader is sought to drive growth through strategic sales to multinational organizations in LATAM. The role requires discovery, generation, and conversion of new business opportunities in Human Capital and Risk Capital.

This position combines organization, innovation, and a fast-paced culture with continuous learning and career development opportunities. It is crucial to Aon's strategy, seeking a professional to lead the relationship team in the Global Business team, with focus on products for human capital such as benefits (health, dental, life) wealth (pensions, actuarial services, investments) and talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for achievement of sales budget for new business shadowed with sub-regions.
  2. Connection and networking with different regions of Aon to facilitate the inbound of new business into Latin America through the AAU strategy.
  3. Responsible for creation, management, and development of the sales pipeline, consolidating common business opportunities between countries and pursuing them.
  4. Development of full sales cycle from prospection to client onboarding.
  5. Lead and support new client implementation in partnership with peers from client-facing team.
  6. Support Latin American countries in strategic prospections, meetings, and RFPs.
  7. Project management and leadership of regional RFPs.
  8. Elaborate presentations and sales pitch materials such as capabilities, value proposition, and commercial proposals.
