The Revenue Assurance team is seeking a seasoned Accounting Expert to lead revenue assurance processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with legal, sales operations, and professional services teams to accurately record contracts in the contract management system.
- Thoroughly addressing revenue discrepancies and errors through structured issue resolution and correction processes.
- Reviewing new revenue contracts and amendments to identify non-standard terms and conditions.
- Supporting the accounting team in analyzing and documenting accounting positions and completing contract checklists.
- Partnering with revenue operations to review financial system setup for new contracts.
- Completing ad-hoc tasks related to finance or accounting operations, such as preparing and reviewing routine accounting journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in transactional accounting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA certification.
- Experience in accounting management within Big Four firms with Fortune 500 clients.
- Experience designing and implementing controls or performing audits over financial reporting environments.
Based on industry standards and relevant experience, this role offers an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 to $180,000, depending on qualifications and performance.
