Global Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Operations Manager to lead our company's travel, logistics, event, and scheduling operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive efficiency and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that large-scale company events run smoothly and safely, coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders as needed. Additionally, they will oversee the administration of expenses, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries.

This role requires outstanding leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration, project management, and event operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global business operations, including travel approvals, logistics, and expense review
  • Coordinate large-scale company events, ensuring smooth execution and safety
  • Manage administrative tasks, including expense approval and reporting
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
