Global Stakeholder Engagement Lead

The Global Stakeholder Engagement Lead plays a crucial role in developing strategies that drive high-quality scientific communications. Their primary responsibility is delivering fair-balanced and accurate scientific communications, including publications, training materials, and generation of insights and claims based on our Science.


Main Objectives
  • Contribute to the development of our global core brand strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive medical strategy in terms of publication and congress/event planning and execution.
  • Establish relationships with relevant scientific organizations and build an external expert network.
  • Drive capability building across the organization to ensure excellence in all stages of scientific publication development, stakeholder engagement and claims generation.

Main Results/Accountabilities
  • Responsible for strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Scientific Communication planning for our global core brands.
  • Leads and oversees operational Medical/Scientific Engagement and Scientific Communication, as well as Claims generation activities in close collaboration.
  • Maintains an external focus, including regular external interactions with key stakeholders and HCPs in collaboration with the Global Medical Leads.
  • Delivers on medical and Scientific Communication and Engagement commitments to desired outcomes and milestones.
