Our organization is searching for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Agile teams and ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum methodologies. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of Agile principles and excellent communication and leadership skills.
About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate smooth Agile team operations, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with other Agile frameworks, such as Kanban or SAFe, and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). They will also possess knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, as well as previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.

In addition to these technical skills, the successful candidate will have a strong academic background, preferably in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field. A certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is also highly desirable.

The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to senior leaders, is essential for success in this role. The candidate must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.


Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile teams and ensure the effective implementation of Scrum methodologies;
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to ensure alignment and collaboration among team members;
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and best practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements;
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and status reports;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables;
  • Work closely with team members to resolve conflicts and address performance issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve team processes and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or equivalent;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles;
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools;
  • Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence);
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
