- They will manage import and export logistics, oversee supplier performance, optimize transportation, and coordinate with carriers.
- Analyzing supply chain data and KPIs is crucial to identifying improvement opportunities, driving cost savings, and reporting on international trade performance through clear, data-driven insights.
- Driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations involves applying lean principles, streamlining processes, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Supporting Brazil Distribution involves leading local Supply Chain projects, serving as the subject matter expert, and being the point of contact for international trade topics.
- Maintaining compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies involves promoting safety practices, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvements across supply chain operations.
- A bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in international trade, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- A strong understanding of Brazilian international trade operations (taxes, regulations, etc.).
- Proficiency in SAP, Radar (RFB), and other trading software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A working proficiency in English.
