Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our regional supply chain operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and leading our manufacturing partners to meet our customers' expectations.

You will work closely with Product Operations, Business Units, Central project management teams, global tax, regional operations leaders, technical leaders, and product leaders to develop the network strategy and drive business growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop strategic plans to achieve company objectives. You will also act as a key liaison between Local Manufacturing Brazil team and other teams to bring cross-functional ideas and opportunities into our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead programs including strategy development, supporting analysis & stakeholder engagement for roadmap deployment for products and transformational projects.
  • Develop the network strategy and drive business growth through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a key liaison between Local Manufacturing Brazil team and other teams to bring cross-functional ideas and opportunities into our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong experience in the supply chain, preferably with a proven understanding of Cisco's physical supply chain network across build, ship, and warehousing nodes.
  • Good knowledge of Brazilian Market and used to low volume, high mix environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills and capable of pulling together project plans for projects with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Ability to understand results, handle partners and budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate discernment, along with knowledge of taxes and their implications.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, thought leadership as well as the ability to lead initiatives through implementation.
  • As an individual contributor, strategic thinking, analytical attitude, and hands-on approach are required.
