Our Global Privacy team is looking for a talented Data Privacy Compliance Manager/Counsel with a passion for critical thinking and problem solving.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a compliance, legal, audit, or risk function required with a solid focus in data protection matters. They will also have demonstrable experience of leading on a range of privacy projects and issues.
Job Description:
- Serve as a Privacy expert for our businesses and working closely with and advising businesses and clinical leaders, counsel, and other colleagues on all aspects of privacy.
- Support our Americas Data Privacy Officer to deliver the Privacy Team's global strategy in Americas, by being the primary point of contact for the LATAM businesses and by monitoring legal and regulatory developments across the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Qualified to practice law or equivalent jurisdiction OR CIPP or equivalent data protection qualification and industry experience
- Familiarity with data protection regimes (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PIPL)
