As a seasoned legal expert, you will provide strategic guidance to the organization on all business-related matters. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across regions, managing risk, and overseeing contracts.
- Deliver insightful legal counsel in various commercial areas.
- Establish and maintain a culture of integrity, ethics, and responsibility throughout all operations.
- Develop, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements, policies, and documents.
- Manage contractual relationships with partners, customers, vendors, suppliers, and employees, including drafting, executing, and analyzing contracts.
- Represent the organization in dispute resolution proceedings, such as litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global, local, and regional legal frameworks to ensure compliance with contractual clauses.
- Hold a degree in Law.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in general commercial law.
- Have fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish being an asset but not required.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, both written and oral.
- Showcase strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Prove expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
