Legal Expert for Investment Banking

We are seeking an experienced Sr Lawyer with a strong background in cross-product legal and regulatory frameworks. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating, and drafting legal agreements for investment banking transactions.
About the Role:- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support our Investment Banking division.
- Collaborate with offshore members of the Legal team to provide expert advice and guidance on all legal matters.
- Advise senior management, members of the Board of Directors, and regulators on complex legal issues.
Your Expertise:
- Licenced Attorney (OAB certificate)
- +5 years of experience in a similar role within banking, capital markets or M&A industry
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
About the Team:
- You will be working closely with the IB Legal team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise and contribute to the success of our Investment Banking division.
