About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in cross-product legal and regulatory frameworks, as well as experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting legal agreements for investment banking transactions related to capital markets deals, NDAs, indemnification agreements, advisory services agreements, brokerage and give-up agreements, complex Global Markets transactions and new products.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, supporting demands related to Supply Chain, assisting respective units in all legal matters through systematic and continuous involvement with and support of internal stakeholders to identify, assess, prevent, mitigate or manage risk, and advising and reporting legal risks of the banking activities.
