Financial Analyst Opportunity
A key role exists for an individual to submit invoices accurately and on time, requiring communication with stakeholders and resolution of client questions related to invoices.
Responsibilities:- Data gathering and creation of invoices in line with billing processes
- Entry of additional resource units/reduction of unit charges, base charges and contractual billing. Annual adjustments and charges
- Ad-hoc requests handled
- Invoice delivery
- Client invoice queries resolved with Contract FA involvement
- ECA/COLA calculations performed
- Tax/tax reconciliation conducted
- Accounts receivable management
- Late payment fees processing
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving and issue-resolving ability
- Business/financial analyst experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial management/accounting principles
- Time management capabilities
- Cross-functional team collaboration ability
- Bachelor's degree
