Our team is focused on delivering cutting-edge services and products to support our clients' business objectives. As a Regional Process Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying process improvements on customers' paper machines via machine/section audits, data analysis, and best-in-class performance understanding.
The primary target is to support the supply of products-rebuilds-upgrades that meet individual business objectives and our profitability ambitions. A secondary target is to support long-term service delivery proposals for supplied solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to implementing our Paper Machine Service Strategy
- Lead paid/unpaid machine or section audits to gain performance understanding
- Define feasible technical solutions to target performance improvements with a differentiation approach
- Calculate the value contribution of our solution and convince customers of its importance
- Present findings and technical proposals to customers
- Analyze demand for paper machine products and services
- Analyze competitor strengths & weaknesses
- Analyze critical factors influencing strategy implementation
- Identify product differentiation criteria
- Support sales strategies with a focus on differentiation
- Guide and support R&D efforts to achieve a preferred supplier position by identifying trends and technologies
