We are seeking an exceptional Business Data Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database design and systems, as well as excellent communication skills to translate complex problems into non-technical terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven systems to meet organizational needs and goals
- Design, develop, and modify data infrastructure to accelerate business intelligence and reporting
- Review reports, presentations, graphs, and tables for accuracy and quality
- Maintain data management plans and instructions for operating complex business systems
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data management or a related field
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and math skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and organize large amounts of data
