We are seeking a Product Design Engineer to join our team in Indaiatuba. As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing product designs within the vehicle design and integration space for agricultural tractors.

• Develop and evaluate design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications.
• Analyze assignments and determine engineering specifications that must be fulfilled for routine problems or projects.
• Compile and furnish necessary information (engineering decisions and reports of pertinent design analyses data) to document the design solution required for building of prototypes and adoption of the design with possible involvement of other functional engineers, supply management, and/or supplier personnel.
• Learn and apply company engineering policies and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering.
• Fluent English (wide vocabulary, good grammar, conducting meetings, arguing, negotiating, and training).
• Experience in 3D modeling using CAD software.
• Practical knowledge of fundamental engineering principles such as mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, statics, dynamics, and material properties.
• Experience with typical business computer software such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
