Innovative Product Design Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, experience with 3D modeling software, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product designs that meet high standards for quality and performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas;
- Analyze and determine engineering specifications for routine problems or projects;
- Compile and furnish necessary information to document design solutions;
You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that our products are built to last.
We value candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Agricultural Engineering;
- Fluent English (wide vocabulary, good grammar, conducting meetings, arguing, negotiating and training);
- Experience with typical business computer software such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint;
- Design engineering experience, preferably in the Ag or Construction industry;
- Project management experience;
- Knowledge of large tractor operation and usage.
