The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain a strong technical rapport with key clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and fostering long-term client relationships.
This position entails serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients, guiding them through API implementation, conducting regular check-ins to understand evolving needs, and collaborating with the Engineering team to troubleshoot client issues.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for designated clients.
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the API integration process.
- Regularly schedule meetings with clients to assess their changing requirements.
- Liaise closely with the Engineering team to resolve any technical concerns.
- Solid understanding of API integration concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
