Job Title: Trailer Technician

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the delivery of safe and efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers.
  2. Perform maintenance on fleet vehicles/equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.
  3. Conduct preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles/equipment.
  4. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair major systems such as engines, transmissions, DEF systems, AC systems, and safety devices.
  5. Utilize OEM Diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and participate in ongoing training.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  1. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
  2. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  3. A valid Driver's License; a CDL is preferred.
  4. Effective communication skills are essential.
  5. Basic computer proficiency is necessary.
  6. Full attendance for shifts is mandatory.
  7. A positive team attitude is expected.
  8. The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks is crucial.
  9. Physical ability to move, sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
  10. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.

In-person attendance is essential due to the collaborative and dynamic work environment.
