As a senior marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives market penetration and leadership in the animal health industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual brand business plans and strategies to drive market growth and leadership.
- Reimagine customer experiences related to our products and services.
- Lead the development of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Establish relationships with key customers, thought leaders, associations, and industry players to promote our brand.
- Manage budgets efficiently and forecast management.
- Work closely with agencies, cross-functional partners, and commercial teams to maximize field selling efforts.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in animal health applied to marketing positions and product launch projects.
- Experience as a manager or leadership role within the animal health industry.
- Academic background in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
- Fluency in English; Spanish is desirable.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to navigate complex corporate environments, and demonstrate new pilots in digital and analytics.
- Strategic focus, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements: 50% domestic travel may be required. A valid driving license is necessary.
