Logistics Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the flow of goods, products, and materials within a warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming shipments, verify quantities, and update records in an ERP system.
  • Convey, sort, and place materials to fill work orders, sales orders, and/or requests for materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and product inventory levels.
  • Operate a forklift to move items stored in the warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Verify product against purchase orders, complete required paperwork, and label products accordingly.
  • Perform regular cycle counts throughout the month and at year-end to ensure inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Educational background equivalent to a degree.
  • A minimum of six months' prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
