Schedule & Compensation
8-hour shifts, Tuesday through Saturday during operating hours of 8 am - 6 pm (EST). Estimated monthly compensation: $15,000 (net) based on industry standards for similar roles in the US.
Job Responsibilities
- Inform customers about company services and prices, making recommendations based on pet breeds and health needs.
- Capture accurate appointment information and maintain groomers' fully-booked schedules by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments.
- Brief groomers about daily schedules, highlighting unusual circumstances and situations.
- Respond to calls/texts from groomers in real-time regarding customer and pet issues.
- Review daily schedules for completed appointments, verifying charges and payments.
- Take credit card payments over the phone when groomers are outside of cell service.
- Analyze reports to improve client retention.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain services to customers and book new/ existing appointments.
- 2+ years of Customer Service or relevant experience.
- Reliability, organization, flexibility, empathy, politeness, team player, professionalism, and exceptional listening skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple calls/issues simultaneously.
