Your responsibilities include:
- Developing leadership skills in team members
- Recruiting and retaining top talent to drive business growth
- Creating and scaling processes for predictability and efficiency
- Establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring their achievement
- Ensuring product adoption based on data and personalized customer journeys
- Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Reducing churn through action plans based on data and customer feedback
- Previous experience in CS leadership with a strong track record in SaaS companies
- Advanced English language skills
- Strategic vision and strong execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with tools like Hubspot CRM
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
