Operations Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Member to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of our operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring reports, meeting company metrics, and analyzing documentation for operational processes. They will also be responsible for active follow-up of processes and customer service management through SOPs, co-responsibility for client success including day-to-day operations, and interfacing with internal and external departments to gather information and provide input on all matters affecting operations performance.

Additionally, they will ensure that client issues are escalated efficiently to the management team, monitor Brazilian manifest and exception reports milestones/missing pre-alerts, use tools, checklists, and systems assigned by station management to ensure process quality and visibility, and report any out-of-scope processes or those requiring management attention in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive monitoring of reports and metrics

  • Active follow-up of processes and customer service management
  • Co-responsibility for client success including day-to-day operations
  • Interfacing with internal and external departments
  • Escalating client issues to the management team
  • Monitoring Brazilian manifest and exception reports
  • Using tools, checklists, and systems to ensure process quality and visibility

  • 0-2 or more years industry-related experience
