Customer Engagement Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute point-of-sale activation programs to enhance patient experience and drive product visibility and adherence.
  • Create and implement innovative trade marketing strategies to optimize commercial performance of our Established Products portfolio.
  • Analyzing market data and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop channel-specific tactics.
  • Designing and deploying Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for trade initiatives, enabling fast implementation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Collaborating with the Go to Market Squad to align strategies and ensure integrated approaches.
  • Managing and maintaining respective systems.

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and execution of innovative trade marketing strategies to optimize the patient journey in pharmacies, enhancing visibility and commercial performance of our Established Products portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing, Trade & Revenue Management (TRM), and Finance strategies, ensuring an integrated approach.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex market data and develop strategic solutions. Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role.
