Key Role: Order Entry Coordinator
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.
As an Order Entry Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Entering customer order information into our ERP system with high accuracy and efficiency;
  • Troubleshooting purchase order errors and providing corrections for approval and reentry;
  • Promptly addressing customer inquiries on pricing, availability, delivery dates, shipment tracking, and invoices;
  • Following established work instructions and contributing to process improvements;
  • Identifying and reporting incorrect or suspicious lead times, pricing, or product information to management;
  • Providing excellent customer service through professional and polite email communications, rapid response times, and clear troubleshooting steps.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English is required, as well as experience with Oracle or similar order-management systems. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills are also preferred.
This is an in-person role, requiring the ability to walk, climb, and lift documents up to 30 pounds. The employee will also need to listen, understand, and communicate effectively with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Previous experience booking distributor orders for a product manufacturer preferred;
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently but with a team environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written/oral);
  • Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English required;
  • Computer skills including knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft Windows software suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.), and Salesforce;
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills preferred.

Work Environment:

The primary work environment is a temperature-controlled office setting or a typical warehouse environment where following appropriate safety protocols would be required. While in the warehouse, the employee may be exposed to high/low temperatures, outdoor elements, high levels of noise, hazardous conditions, poor ventilation, small and/or enclosed spaces, or adverse environmental conditions.
