We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to lead our growth strategy in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will focus on promoting corporate, fiduciary, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, legal and financial advisors, and wealth management firms.

The Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting inside sales, and coordinating with international corporate services teams to drive growth. Acting as a trusted ambassador of the firm, this role requires a strong ability to identify business opportunities, translate client needs into innovative solutions, and represent values of integrity, efficiency, and excellence in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management
