Partnership Manager Job Overview

This role involves developing strategies for enhancing sales through established and prospective technology partnerships. It focuses on leveraging these relationships to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Bolster executive leadership ties to synchronize NexusTek's expansion strategy with strategic hybrid cloud, generative AI, and cybersecurity objectives within key partnerships.
  • Establish comprehensive partner business plans for organic growth through marketing development funds (MDF), lead generation initiatives, account mapping, sales training, and enablement.
  • Strengthen alliances with assigned partners (Pax8, TD SYNNEX) to deliver solutions to existing and potential clients, leading to incremental revenue gains for both the company and the partner.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership blueprints focusing on coordinating and executing alliance activities to support overall partnership goals – leads, revenue, MDF.
  • Cultivate value propositions for NexusTek and partner go-to-market sales teams.
  • Facilitate day-to-day partnerships between NexusTek and its partners to ensure successful field-level collaboration, opportunity engagement, and post-sales support of joint solutions sold.
  • Implement quarterly business reviews to ensure partnerships effectively meet partnership goals and objectives regarding leads, revenue results, and MDF contributions.
Key Qualifications
  • Able to travel within assigned regions while collaborating closely with regional managers, sales representatives, and technology partners and alliances.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and channel sales.
  • Thorough grasp of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, products, marketing tactics, etc.
  • Broad exposure to various technologies and concepts.
