
Strategic Business Developer

We are seeking a skilled Business Developer to join our team in Brazil. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing community, reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager of the Business Unit in the country.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth in non-traditional and high-potential market segments, promoting and selling our portfolio with a focus on Distribution Transformers (oil and dry). Key responsibilities include meeting and exceeding annual sales targets while ensuring long-term expansion aligned to the growth plan of the South America Hub.
Key Responsibilities- Promote sustainable and profitable growth within assigned market segments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional experiences, promoting loyalty, and securing recurring business while aligning the business unit with market needs and trends.
- Develop, implement, and supervise business strategies to expand market presence, establishing clear goals, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
- Organize business development meetings and interactions with potential clients to promote our value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, evaluate client needs, and analyze business risks.
- Collect and translate market insights through engagement with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive internal innovation.
- Negotiate contractual terms with clients and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth and long-term success.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external norms, procedures, and directives.
