Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and actuals reporting and analysis across various areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Track product performance at the part number level with customer, volume, price, and location details. Explain variances compared to reference periods.
  • Material and Logistic Costs: Report on product performance at the part number level with supplier, volume, price, and variance details.
  • Profitability: Prepare monthly contribution margin reports by product at the part number level.
  • R&D (Research & Development): Report project and work center-level costs, customer reimbursements, intra-company allocations, and related taxes.
  • Daily contact with HQ partners to ensure alignment over reports and variances.
  • Maintain Part Number master data in SAP to align locations and partner outlets with internal reporting structures.
  • Prepare support documentation for internal/external auditors over analyzing processes/entries involving Sales, Material, Logistic Costs, and R&D.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience;
  • SAP ERP knowledge;
  • MS Office tools knowledge (mainly Excel);
  • Advanced level English proficiency (fluency is a differential);
  • Analytical, strategic, and communication skills;
  • Resilience and perseverance.
