We are seeking a senior professional to assume a strategic position within our business group. The candidate must have solid experience in financial, administrative, and operational management, as well as strong leadership skills and strategic vision. The position requires knowledge and fluency in English for any potential needs and also must be located in Guarulhos SP.

Main responsibilities include:


• Finance: oversee monthly/quarterly/annual closings, performance indicators, tax compliance, and results presentation.


• Control and Compliance: ensure fiscal, tax, and labor obligations, support audits, implement internal control policies, and suggest improvements.


• Administrative and Operational Management: coordinate departments, optimize processes, manage contracts, supervise infrastructure, and actively participate in the daily work of suppliers, partners, and the board.


• Leadership and Team Development: integrate and motivate teams, evaluate performance, propose training, and promote an ethical and collaborative environment.


• Support to Senior Management: present management reports, provide strategic financial analyses, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement.
• Imports: oversee import, customs clearance, and cargo transportation processes.

We're looking for someone with solid financial/administrative experience, a strong background in control and compliance, and proven leadership skills and strategic vision.
