We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Marketplace Consultant. As a key member of our Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and program satisfaction by working closely with our Selling Partners.
Your primary objective will be to support our Selling Partners in achieving their individual targets by developing a roadmap together with them. You will use your analytical expertise to proactively identify untapped potential within each partner organization.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within our prospective accounts. Given the early stage of the AMPS program, you will also contribute to the development of processes, tools, and content for this new service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
- Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Consult with Selling Partners on opportunities derived and potential business impact.
- Be a proficient sparring partner to our Selling Partners, guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges that arise along the way.
- Gain the trust of each managed selling partner through close collaboration and delivering results.
- BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
