We are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Professional to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly sales targets by executing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales activities at client and surgical center sites.
- Navigate the sales cycle within hospital institutions to secure new business opportunities.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Physical Therapy, or related fields.
- Previous experience with medical devices, preferably in Minimally Invasive or Robotic Surgery within specialties such as Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery.
- Technical knowledge of surgical procedures and hospital environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with surgical products and their applications.
- Postgraduate studies in healthcare or product/sales management.
