Job Summary
  • We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead and facilitate training courses in classroom or virtual sessions for internal and external customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in their area of specialization and be able to develop suitable training solutions.

This role involves providing high-quality training to internal and external customers, ensuring training materials are well-prepared and updated for each course delivery, and acting as an ambassador in every interaction with colleagues and customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide training to internal and external customers according to course content, audience, and business needs.
  2. Ensure training materials and exercises are well-prepared and updated for each course delivery.
  3. Act as an ambassador in every interaction with colleagues and customers.
  4. Develop or adapt training courses across all customer segments following our learning strategy.
  5. Collaborate with design and development teams and support them in defining and building training solutions.
  6. Manage dependencies and consequences, anticipate and monitor risks.
  7. Adapt the approach to foster positive and constructive relations across cultures.
  8. Implement new systems within facilitated learning to drive adoption of products through technical, digital, and multimedia strategies relevant to each customer segment.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Must be fluent in multiple languages.
  • Vocational or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years working in the industry and 3+ years of experience in training delivery.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Familiar with virtual connectivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.
