Lease Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Lease Construction Manager, you will play a key role in delivering cloud capacity to customers and partners worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets the Data Center Development (DCD) guidelines and standards, which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and lessons learned drawn from previous projects as well as industry changing best practice.

The Lease Construction Manager is ultimately responsible for the complete project delivery of Ready for Service (RFS) for each lease site location. This position requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, ability to self-direct, strong background in data center design, engineering, controls, operational requirements, managing teams and vendors, and an emphasis on project/construction management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5+ years in construction Project Management Lead of Data Centers or Mission Critical environments
- Strong understanding of data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, ability to self-direct
- Ability to manage teams and vendors, with an emphasis on project/construction management
