This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as a senior treasury analyst.
Treasury Senior AnalystThe Treasury Senior Analyst reports directly to the Treasury Manager and is responsible for all treasury aspects of the Regional Treasury Services Center within the treasury organization. This includes assisting with cash management, bank relations, hedging, and capital structure management.
- Assist with cash management activities for in-region affiliates, including analyzing cash balances and forecasts, and making funding and investment decisions.
- Support business partnering initiatives, measuring compliance with financial policies concerning foreign currency hedging, intercompany/third party borrowing, bank account management, and other projects.
- Assist with identifying and implementing continuous improvements to optimize processes and models.
- Review capital structures of in-region affiliates, including analysis of cash flows and financial metrics to determine an approved borrowing limit.
- Provide guidance on dividend repatriation.
This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to standardize varying data process/inputs, and intellectual agility. A Master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics is required, with 1-3 years of experience in treasury operations or general finance.
