Job Title: Technology Visionary
About the Role- This is a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy for our online platform.
- As the primary technology leader, you will be responsible for both operational excellence and long-term innovation.
- Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Act as the primary technology partner for product, business, and international stakeholders.
- Oversee the technology roadmap, balancing delivery with technical debt management and long-term scalability.
- Drive cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure information flows seamlessly.
- Remove impediments and enable teams to achieve goals on time and with high quality.
- Champion talent development, retention, and engagement.
- Provide strategic direction for information systems and technology operations within the market.
- Maintain focus on process improvement, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the technology function in executive forums, providing insight and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and planning skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
