Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

This role involves working closely with children and families to assess, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy sessions. As an outpatient licensed therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care while promoting program growth and quality services.

Key qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field, licensure as a clinical social worker, professional counselor, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Previous experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy within an outpatient program service.
  • Assess and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain compliance with CASSP principles and cultural competence standards.
  • Communicate effectively with families, schools, referral sources, and other providers to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Promote program growth, productivity, and quality services.
  • Complete initial assessments and treatment plans within established timelines.
  • Participate in staff training, supervisions, and commercial insurance credentialing processes.
