Shift Manager Role

The Shift Manager is a critical position that ensures customers receive an exceptional experience every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan for each shift by positioning crew members, managing stock levels, and monitoring performance.
  • Maintain safety and security during the shift, including cash controls and profitability oversight.
  • Meet targets during their shift, identify areas for improvement, and direct the team.
  • Coordinate crew schedules, enforce labor laws, and drive high performance from the team.
  • Supervise food safety procedures and cleanliness measures to meet standards.
  • Address customer concerns and follow recovery process when necessary.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of management experience, preferably in quick service.
  • Passion for helping and serving others.
  • Strong focus on customer service and support.
  • Effective communication and professionalism skills.
