Product Manager for Protective Wear Solutions

We seek a skilled Product Manager to drive success in our protective wear strategy, contributing to overall growth and innovation of our product line.
This position plays a crucial part in product portfolio management, offering development, new product introduction, and technical support for the managed product portfolio.
The role involves leading the implementation of our protective wear strategy together with product support, sales support, and market teams.
You will report to the VP and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product offerings and market reach.
In this position, you will create strategies for the protective wear portfolio, provide technical and commercial support, collect market intelligence, coordinate trainings, and lead service concept development in close cooperation with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the protective wear product portfolio
- Create strategic plans for protective wear products
- Provide technical and commercial assistance for your products
- Collect market information
- Coordinate and give training sessions
- Support tasks related to availability management and inventory
- Lead service concept development in close cooperation with relevant key stakeholders
About You:
- Experience in Mining or Aggregates business
- Knowledge about crushers and crusher wears
- Enthusiasm for creating customer value
- A strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects with the ability to improve solutions continuously
- Previous experience in product management or a specialist role; a hands-on approach is necessary
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to present and convince customers and stakeholders
- Ambition for business development
- Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written; other language skills are beneficial
