Operations Technical Specialist - Fleet Performance

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As an Operations Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing regional ownership and accountability of fleet Safety and Environmentally Critical Element (SECE) Performance Standards within your discipline.

You will act as part of the local technical team in assuring the status of the SECE within your scope. Your duties will include traveling to all units within your scope at least twice a year to maintain a strong connection with front-line operations, as well as providing independent technical advice to regional personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regional ownership and accountability of fleet Safety and Environmentally Critical Element (SECE) Performance Standards within your discipline.
  • Act as part of the local technical team in assuring the status of the SECE within your scope.
  • Travel to all units within your scope at least twice a year to maintain a strong connection with front-line operations.
  • Provide independent technical advice to regional personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree within the discipline for which you are an authority.
  • Experience in technical or engineering roles, with at least 5 years of experience within an operations setting.
