Technical Specialist - Maintenance Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical specialist to join our maintenance team. As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our systems by performing routine maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute maintenance work orders, including preventive and corrective actions
  • Procure necessary spare parts and third-party services through our enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
  • Conduct job safety analyses and lead toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment
  • Develop, review, and update maintenance manuals to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues on larger maintenance projects
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Relevant vocational degree and over two years of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge, preferably with expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronics
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both spoken and written
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the region and work outside standard hours
