Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical expertise and support for our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core, Web API & SQL Server and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership and expertise to handle complex infrastructure challenges.
- Support multiple projects with functional expertise, providing technical guidance through various communication means to clients based out in the USA.
- Handle issues and troubleshoot any technical / functional problems that may arise.
- Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
- Code and debug to resolve technical issues.
- Be the sole point of contact (POC) for clients based out in various countries.
- Strong experience with Product Support / Tech Support.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal, especially in English communication.
- Experience with C# and .NET.
- Working experience in database – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
- Experience with jQuery & CSS.
- Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.
- Familiarity with Ticketing systems.
- Experience handling queries and some experience (functional) with AI / Bots is preferred.
