Experienced Robotics Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and skilled robotics engineer to join our team. As a key member of our robotics team, you will play a critical role in onboarding new customers and translating complex technical capabilities into business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical SME: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert during customer engagements from the mid-funnel onwards.
- Custom Solutioning & Presentation: Collaborate with account executives and engineers to understand project requirements and craft customized technical presentations, contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and solution proposals highlighting the value proposition of our foundation models.
- Pilot Support: Provide technical leadership and support for customer pilots, ensuring successful implementation, performance validation, and clear articulation of outcomes.
- SOW Development: Work with sales, legal, and engineering to draft detailed SOWs and proposals defining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Due Diligence & Objection Handling: Address technical questions from highly technical stakeholders, demonstrating understanding of challenges and how our solution provides a superior outcome.
- Feedback Loop to Product: Gather technical feedback and market insights to inform product roadmap development.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with robotics systems, autonomy, or industrial automation; understanding of AI/ML concepts related to physical systems; proficiency in Python and C++.
- Robotics Fundamentals: Familiarity with ROS or similar frameworks; experience with sensors (LiDAR, cameras, IMUs).
- Solutions Oriented Roles: Proven experience in solutions engineering or technical consultant roles for B2B software or deep-tech products; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions; strong presentation skills; experience creating technical documentation and SOWs.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong analytical skills and a customer-centric approach; resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, leadership).
