Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
- Strategize on new products and service offerings to drive revenue and increase exposure.
- Manage all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage Department, including rostering, reporting, packages, and promotions.
- Assist the F&B Manager with supervising food and beverage daily operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
- Ensure standards and legal obligations are followed for events, including private and corporate functions, meetings, parties, and other events.
- Assist in developing work plans, including scheduling and ordering, and assign appropriate duties to subordinates.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
