Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to support the Pre-sales and post-sales activities within our services division. This includes assisting with bid registration, reviewing project definition documents for completeness and accuracy, generating statement of work documentation upon contract win, and completing process workflows to initiate delivery commencement.

The successful candidate will provide monthly business and process metrics reporting from the system.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to manage time effectively, and possess a strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, with specialization in Finance, Business Administration, or Contract Law desirable.
  • Service-oriented, customer-focused, with 2-4 years of support and services experience.
  • Some understanding of overall services business and knowledge of services portfolio, solutions offerings.
  • Knowledge of contractual documentation to support services sales.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Bid-related software proficiency, such as Salesforce.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • 1-3 years of Finance experience (IFRS); Revenue Recognition types/treatment.
  • Sound Operations experience, especially in recognizing/mitigating risk factors in business.
  • 1-3 years Services Contracts experience.
