Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering leader to direct the technical approach and execution for a main internal project in the Fortnite ecosystem.

This role requires someone who can align disparate audiences, clarify complex technical issues, and articulate challenges and risks in a constructive way.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Align project technical decisions to lead the project engineering team from idea to successful live online multiplayer game
  • Manage and mentor engineering leads and individual contributors
  • Communicate cross-discipline with Design, Art, UI, and Production teams
  • Establish and refine our development roadmap

  • A technical leader with experience shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms
  • Advanced C++ skills and experience with scripting languages, low-level debugging, and optimization

  • Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with both internal teams and external partners
