Job Overview: The Offshore Maintenance Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of offshore oil and gas facilities. The individual in this position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling all preventive, corrective, inspections, and integrity activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment and systems. This role requires close collaboration with various departments, including operations, engineering, procurement, and safety, to ensure maintenance and integrity tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Management System - Promote safety awareness and broad application of the Management system, codes of practice and prime policies. - Exercise effective document control in accordance with Management System requirements.
- Management Of Personnel - Liaise effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
- Control of Works - Guarantee the execution of detailed maintenance and Integrity (M&I) plans and schedules for all offshore equipment and systems. - Prioritize and allocate resources for M&I Inspections, PMs/Predictive and BM/CMs maintenance and Integrity tasks. - Coordinate with operations and other departments to minimize downtime and ensure activities are completed without disrupting production. - Support scheduling department with daily and weekly updates (1~90 days) – POB Vision in short and long term. - Support Onshore Maintenance and Integrity team with medium and long-term planning tasks (>90 days). - Weekly meetings with Offshore supervising team to align the prioritization of execution. - Responsible for reviewing & prioritizing all corrective work requests with the work team. - Ensure all assurance activities are carried out on schedule and comply with the installation's verification scheme. - Evaluate job feedback to improve future work. - Make field inspections and determine appropriate job work scopes. - Develop work plans for maintenance jobs with necessary information for efficient scheduling, assignment, and execution. - Prepare and complete the weekly scheduling and planning activities. - Ensure the CMMS WOs are completed with required data. - Organize and support weekly planning and daily review meetings.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or Technician (senior level > 7 Years offshore experience), Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience: Required 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry or similar.
Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of CMMS-IFS (or SAP PM, Maximo), Microsoft Project or Primavera is an advantage.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, CMRT or equivalent area advantageous.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Safety: Strong commitment to safety and understanding of safety regulations in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Work Scale: Offshore (14X14) on a FPSO
