">We seek a skilled Product Manager with a passion for value creation and strategic execution. In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between business strategy and technical implementation, maximizing the value delivered by our systems and ensuring measurable outcomes.
">You will conduct user journey research, validate hypotheses through modern product methodologies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to bring high-impact solutions to life.

Lead the design and execution of complex initiatives aligned with company objectives.
">">Conduct discovery studies, business process analysis, and user journey mapping to uncover valuable insights.
">">Validate product hypotheses through research, A/B testing, and market analysis.
">">Prioritize value generation over task completion – be value-driven, not delivery-driven.
">">Negotiate scope and guide the delivery process with development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
">">Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to co-create effective business solutions.
">">Own and define product success metrics; track performance and ensure continuous improvement.
">">Provide ongoing support and training to users on developed or third-party systems/tools.
">">Stay connected to business needs and user pain points to inform product decisions.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in logistics or complex systems environments.
">">Solid background in discovery processes, market research, and defining user journeys.
">">Hands-on experience writing clear and actionable user stories for development teams.
">">Strong analytical mindset for conducting feasibility studies and performance evaluations.
">">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to drive consensus across diverse teams.
">">A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and motivation to push for continuous improvement.
">">Experience working with logistics systems.
">">Fluency in English.
