Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the technical expert in our pre-sales lifecycle, working closely with prospects to position cutting-edge risk and identity solutions. As a Senior Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our innovative offerings in addressing specific fraud challenges across the payment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Sales Expertise:

    Serve as the go-to technical expert throughout the sales process, providing guidance on how to combine machine learning models with network-based intelligence and decisioning to enhance fraud detection efficacy and reduce false positives.

  • Value Articulation:

    Understand and articulate the value proposition of our risk and identity solutions, highlighting their capabilities and benefits in addressing evolving fraud vectors and industry trends.

  • Client Advisory:

    Advise clients on how to maximize the value of our solutions, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.

  • Sales Support:

    Provide technical sales support throughout the sales process, including responding to requests for proposal, creating technical documentation, and addressing client inquiries.

  • Product Demonstrations:

    Conduct detailed and tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our risk and identity solutions.

  • Industry Awareness:

    Maintain deep awareness of evolving fraud vectors, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends affecting digital payments and financial crime.

  • Implementation Collaboration:

    Collaborate with clients during the product implementation phase to ensure a successful go-live within the designated timeline.
