About Us
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an Administrative Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administration department.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of administrative personnel
- Monitoring and controlling costs and expenses
- Ensuring the maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Inspecting and maintaining internal facilities
- Procuring items for the company
- Managing travel arrangements for staff
- Coordinating with external vendors and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in administration
- A good understanding of office management processes
- Experience with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Administration or related field
